Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting meats, poultry, and seafood based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide information on meat cuts, cooking methods, storage, and recipes.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Cut, trim, debone, grind, and portion meats to specification using knives, saws, grinders, or other tools.
• Prepare special cuts or custom orders as requested by customers.
• Package and label products accurately with pricing and weight information.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean work environment.
• Properly clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and surfaces after use.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting meats, poultry, and seafood based on their needs and preferences.

Provide information on meat cuts, cooking methods, storage, and recipes.

Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalat[e] when necessary.

MEAT PREPARATION

Cut, trim, debone, grind, and portion meats to specification using knives, saws, grinders, or other tools.

Prepare special cuts or custom orders as requested by customers.

Package and label products accurately with pricing and weight information.

HYGIENCE & SAFETY

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean work environment.

Properly clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and surfaces after use.

Adhere to workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
