Job description

2) Syteline system update for all receiving and issuing transaction

3) Generate GRN and PRP for return materials.

4) System transaction for all MRB disposition ( RTV )

5) Sub-Contract movement receiving and issuing and include data collection Scanning.

6) To co-ordinate with Requestor, Buyer, Planner and QA personal for goods receiving, incoming checking or any sorting activities arrangement.

7) To ensure receiving store are proper arrange and label.

8) To monitor on RTV parts are return accordingly.

9) To maintain filing of receiving document.

10) To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

11) To adhere with safety procedures and instruction and aware on its implication when not comply.

12) To maintain all 5S procedure and ensure implementation on daily basis.

13) Reporting work related incident to respective superior for taking appropriate improvement actions
