Job summary

ENG TEKNOLOGI SDN. BHD. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform daily endorsements, monitor air compressors, inspect equipment, and coordinate with contractors during maintenance.

You will respond to alarms, support energy monitoring, and participate in inspections and drills to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily endorsement and assign project follow up.
• Perform routine inspections of facility equipment and utilities to identify abnormalities.
• Monitor air compressor parameters, alarms, temperature and operating conditions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules and procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and facility equipment problems.
• Record readings of electrical, air compressor and air cond. temperatures daily.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers during maintenance, inspections and repairs.
• Ensure facility equipment and work areas are clean, safe and operational.
• Respond to alarms, breakdowns and facility emergencies and escalate major issues.
• Support energy and utility monitoring to improve equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in facility improvement projects, inspections, audits and drills.
• Perform other duties related to facility operations as assigned by supervisor or engineer

Job description

To carry out the daily endorsement and assign project follow up.

Perform routine inspections of facility equipment and utilities to identify abnormalities or potential failures.

Monitor the air compressor parameter, alarms, temperature & operating conditions.

To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to maintenance schedules and procedures

Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing & facility equipment problems.

To record the electrical, air compressor, air cond temperature reading by daily.

Coordinate with contractors and service providers during maintenance, inspection, & repairing activities

Ensure facility equipment and work area are maintained in a clean, safe and operational condition.

Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns and facility emergencies and escalates major issue to the appropriate engineering or maintenance team.

To support energy and utility monitoring to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Participate in facility improvement projects, inspection, audits & emergency drills.

Perform other duties related to facility operations as assigned by supervisor or engineer
