SRM Integration Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang invites applications for a Store/Warehouse Clerk to receive and inspect goods, update the ERP inventory, and ensure proper labeling and storage. The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and good interpersonal skills in daily store operations.

The successful candidate will perform cycle counts, monitor stock movements, and help maintain housekeeping and safety in the store, with opportunities for growth within a global semiconductor-focused group.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.
• 1 year store/warehouse experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and use computer apps (MS Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of ERP system is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against documents.
• Update daily stock movements in the inventory system and filing.
• Compile and release stock items as required by end users.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
• Maintain store safety procedures for handling materials and parts.

Job description

Receive and inspect quantity and quality of incoming goods against goods received documents.

Updating daily stock movements in inventory system and filling.

Compile and release stock items that required by end user.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.Ensure the safety procedures of handling materials and parts in Store.

Monitor stock movement of materials in store and report shortages or overstock situation.

Maintain good housekeeping in store, review and plan regularly for Store space.

Perform periodic inventory count and verification of stock records.

Assist in other activities as required.

Requirements:

Qualification in SPM/ Certificate/Diploma in any field.

Preferably with 1 year working experience in Store or Warehouse.

Positive attitude and have good interpersonal skills.

Responsible and able to work independently.

Able to operate computer application, ie Microsoft Excel and Words.

Acquired with knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage
