Job summary

inTEST SE Asia Sdn. Bhd., part of inTEST Corporation (NYSE: INTT), seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics) to join our Batu Kawan, Penang operations.

The role focuses on warehouse operations, inventory control and freight coordination to support manufacturing. The successful candidate will manage goods receiving, cycle counts, ERP inventory transactions and shipments, while ensuring LMW compliance and timely production material availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in goods receiving, stock control and inventory management.
• Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience supporting production through material picking, kitting and material issuance.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory transactions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily warehouse operations.
• Added advantage: LMW environment exposure.
• Added advantage: knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
• Added advantage: experience coordinating freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Added advantage: experience supporting customs or LMW audits.
• Added advantage: ERP experience with Oracle, SAP, M2K, SYSPRO.
• Added advantage: forklift/reach truck license.
• Added advantage: experience in lean startup-like manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving and ensure proper storage, labeling and traceability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP transactions.

• Support material movement and warehouse operations.

• Prepare and review shipping, import and export documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and customs clearance activities.

• Liaise with customs agents, freight providers and logistics partners.
• Ensure materials are available for production requirements.
• Support material picking, staging and kitting activities.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production teams to prevent material shortages.

• Follow up supplier lead times & delivery schedules.

Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics)

inTEST SE Asia Sdn. Bhd., part of inTEST Corporation (NYSE: INTT), is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics) to join our growing manufacturing operation in Batu Kawan, Penang.

This role is primarily responsible for warehouse operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, freight coordination, customs clearance, and LMW compliance activities supporting our manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in goods receiving, inventory counting, stock reconciliation, ERP inventory transactions, shipment coordination, customs documentation, and LMW-related activities. The role also supports material availability for production and includes limited procurement activities such as purchase order creation and supplier delivery follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse operations, inventory control, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations in a growing manufacturing environment.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control (Primary Responsibility)

• Perform goods receiving and ensure proper storage, labeling and traceability.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP transactions.

• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Support material movement and warehouse operations.

Freight, Customs & LMW Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders.

Material Availability & Production Support

What We're Looking For

Must Have
