Job summary

Luxor Beauty World Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Executive to coordinate stock control across warehouse, processing and sales, ensuring continuous stock availability. You will manage data, procurement, and inventory processes, and raise SAP MRP-based POs.

With 2+ years in procurement within beauty industries, you’ll negotiate effectively with suppliers, monitor stock movement, and support budget compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in Procurement/Purchasing in Beauty related industries.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and suppliers at all levels.
• Solid negotiation skills to secure best value while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Strong team collaboration spirit with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse staff, processing and sales departments
• Analyze supply chain data to ensure uninterrupted availability of stock
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and OOS
• Raise Purchase Orders based on SAP MRP through principal portal, including PO creation, filtering, checks, vendor communication, invoice parking, GR, and defect handling
• Evaluate vendors and suppliers' offers and negotiate profitable purchase prices
• Perform regular inventory audits and keep stock purchasing within budget, reporting monthly purchase amounts to Account department
• Monitor inbound and outbound timelines (GRN)
• Manage order fulfilment, monitoring orders through iOrder/Manual and pick and pack operations to B2B
• Oversee stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labelling
• Maintain steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed
• Audit and monitor stock take, verify stock take results and perform stock adjustments in WMS
