Job summary

Luxasia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement/Finance support specialist to process PRs and POs for brands under Luxasia group, maintain tracking records, and support cost allocation and finance reporting.

You will manage master data, vendor creation, and cost centers across entities; prepare monthly sales reports; verify commission calculations; support e-invoicing projects; and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for brands under LUXASIA, BEAUTY SCENT, LEAP, and ABS.
• Maintain and update PR & PO tracking records, including cost allocation and finance reporting.
• Manage master data setup and maintenance, including vendor creation, customer codes, and cost center setup across multiple business entities.
• Prepare and update monthly sales reports for two business groups.
• Verify and validate commission calculations for office staff and Beauty Advisors (BAs).
• Support ongoing e-invoicing projects by ensuring accurate vendor and customer information updates.
• Compile, reconcile, and manage corporate credit card expense documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational and administrative processes.
