Job summary

Luxor Beauty World Sdn Bhd, a member of the Luxor Group and a distributor/retailer of cosmetics, is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Selangor. The role oversees financial operations, budgeting, cashflow, and reporting; you will liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities while ensuring policy compliance.

An added advantage is experience in brand, real estate, or retail sectors. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of account management experience and familiarity

Qualifications

• Min 5 years working experience in accounting/financial roles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP B1, Sage 300/500 or JD Edwards is a plus.
• Experience in brand/real estate or retail sectors is beneficial.
• Independent, organized, initiative-driven and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of financial operations and reports for the companies.
• Control costs, expenses and cashflow of the business.
• Prepare financial reports related to budgets, cashflow, AP, AR, expenses and forecasts on time.
• Review financial information, monitor budgets and present findings.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, lawyers, bankers, company secretarial and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job description

To manage the full spectrum of financial operation and reports of the companies.

To control cost, expense and cashflow of the business

Prepare financial reports related to budgets, cashflow, AP, AR, expenses, and forecasts on time.

Reviewing financial information, monitoring & managing budgets and presents findings

Liaison with auditors, tax agents, lawyers, bankers, company secretarial and authorities

Ensure compliance of company policies and legal requirements

Any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Min 5 years working experience
• Experience in brand and/real estate/ or retail company will be an added advantage
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP B1, Sage 300/500 or JD Ewards is a plus point
• Independent, organized, initiative, proactive, hardworking, and committed in meeting deadlines.
