Job summary

Luxchem Trading Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Sales professional to achieve monthly and annual targets for industrial chemical products. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships and support customers to improve efficiency through product knowledge sharing.

The role requires travel domestically and regionally, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with training provided. Candidates must have own transport.

Qualifications

Job description

Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets for assigned chemical products.

Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to develop potential accounts and convert them into sales orders.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to establish long-term strategic partnerships, including supporting customers in improving operational and product efficiency through product knowledge sharing.

Manage and monitor sales budgets, operational costs, and account-related activities such as orders, payments, and receipts.

Track competitors’ products, pricing, and market activities, and provide insights and feedback to Sales Management for strategic planning.

Ensure timely customer payments in line with the company’s credit policies by monitoring payment trends and following up where necessary.

Perform additional sales and technical support duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Science or equivalent.

Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in the trading of Industrial Chemical. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
