Job summary

Mamee in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support OEM partners, monitor supplier quality, and uphold food safety standards across warehouses and processes.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Willingness to travel and the ability to work under pressure are important assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering or related discipline.

• Ability to speak and read multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for supplier audits, warehouse assessments, and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Support management and monitoring of OEM partners to ensure quality standards.
• Assist in approval and management of new warehouses for quality and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate and support supplier audits to ensure proper execution.
• Support GMO, ETO and GF programs for compliance with standards.
• Participate in supplier improvement meetings to drive quality.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues from customer complaints, MMP and supplier performance monitoring.
• Review RMR documentation for new materials for quality and safety compliance.
• Support NCR management including tracking, follow-up and closure of issues.

Job description

• Support the management and monitoring of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and requirements.
• Assist in the approval process and ongoing management of new warehouses to ensure compliance with established quality and food safety requirements.
• Coordinate and support for supplier audits to ensure audit activities are carried out effectively and in accordance with established procedures.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of GMO, ETO and GF programs to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and requirements.
• Participate in supplier improvement meetings to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues arising from customer complaints, MMP and supplier performance monitoring.
• Review RMR documentation for new materials to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Support Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, including tracking, follow-up and closure of non-conformance issues.

Job Requirement
