Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/Quality Assurance professional to support OEM partner management, warehouse approvals and supplier audits to maintain high quality and food safety standards.

The role involves coordinating audits, monitoring GMO/ETO/GF programs, and engaging in supplier improvement meetings. Fresh graduates are encouraged, with 1–2 years considered; multilingual abilities are advantageous and travel is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Engineering.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of experience will also be considered.
• Ability to speak and read multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for supplier audits, warehouse assessments and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Support OEM partner management and monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in approval and management of new warehouses for quality and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate and support supplier audits to ensure effective audit activities and procedures.
• Support GMO, ETO and GF programs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in supplier improvement meetings to address quality concerns.

Job description

Support the management and monitoring of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards and requirements.

Assist in the approval process and ongoing management of new warehouses to ensure compliance with established quality and food safety requirements.

Coordinate and support for supplier audits to ensure audit activities are carried out effectively and in accordance with established procedures.

Support the implementation and monitoring of GMO, ETO and GF programs to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and requirements.

Participate in supplier improvement meetings to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.

Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues arising from customer complaints, MMP and supplier performance monitoring.

Review RMR documentation for new materials to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Support Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, including tracking, follow-up and closure of non-conformance issues.

Job Requirement:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience will also be considered.

Ability to speak and read multiple languages will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel as required for supplier audits, warehouse assessments and other work-related activities.

Independent and able to work under pressure.
