Job summary

Goodwill Square Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. – Hulu Selangor, Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily order fulfillment, inventory control and logistics workflows in our automotive warehouse within the manufacturing plant.

You will lead floor teams, ensure safety compliance and drive efficiency. This role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus proficiency in MS Excel; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in supervisory/lead capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint advantageous.
• Forklift certification will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• SKM Certificates, Diploma, or Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule shift personnel; monitor daily performance and conduct staff reviews.
• Direct daily receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and dispatch operations for on-time delivery.
• Lead cycle counts, audit stock locations, investigate discrepancies using WMS.
• Enforce safety standards (OSHA) and proper equipment operation; maintain clean, organized areas.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose lean layout improvements to reduce transit time.

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees daily order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics workflows in our automotive warehouse within the manufacturing plant facility. This role ensures safety compliance, leads floor teams, optimizes storage strategies, and maintains high standards for operational efficiency and shipping accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule shift personnel (inventory clerks, operators, forklift operators). Monitor daily performance metrics and conduct routine staff reviews.
• Direct daily receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery schedules.
• Lead cycle counts, audit stock locations, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accuracy using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Enforce OSHA standards, safety protocols, and proper equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks). Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Identify bottlenecks in warehouse workflows, recommend lean layout improvements, and streamline picking/packing paths to reduce transit time.

Requirements

• 2+ years in warehouse operations or distribution, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office tools specially MS Words, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint will be an advantage
• Valid forklift operator certification will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• SKM Certificates, Diploma, or Degree will be preferred.
