Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pack goods securely for internal distribution or shipping with proper materials.
• Manage dispatch by safely loading goods and preparing shipping docs.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment per safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist stock control to minimize discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following 5S and regulations.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement to fulfill material requisitions.

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing and supporting all warehouse operations within a fast-paced heavy equipment assembly manufacturing environment. The role ensures efficient and accurate handling of goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials, while strictly adhering to safety standards, 5S principles, and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders or delivery notes for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately store goods in designated locations within the warehouse to maintain an organized storage system.
• Pick and prepare materials and components according to job orders, ensuring that quantities and specifications are correct.
• Pack goods securely for internal distribution or external shipping, using proper packaging materials and methods.
• Manage dispatch operations by loading goods safely and preparing all necessary shipping documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist in stock control processes to minimize discrepancies and ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by applying 5S principles and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or quality nonconformities promptly to supervisors for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Production and Procurement to fulfill material requisitions and support smooth operational flow.

About you

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred).
• Practical experience in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Possession of a forklift operating license (preferred/required based on role needs).
