Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Supervisor, Outlet Operations to support efficient and consistent outlet operations and high standards of customer service.

The role contributes to sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will monitor daily sales, uphold service standards, manage stock and cash handling, ensure policy compliance, and assist marketing activities to boost visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Food and Beverage (F&B) or a relevant qualification.
• At least one year of working experience in a related field.
• A dynamic, self-motivated, and fast-learning approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
• A positive working attitude with a professional and pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

• Support business performance by maintaining an understanding of daily and monthly sales results, contributing to the achievement of maximum business outcomes.
• Uphold consistently high standards of customer service and gift item production by regularly monitoring, checking, and maintaining agreed service and quality standards.
• Safeguard operational integrity by ensuring all stock management and cash and credit card handling procedures are strictly adhered to, with any discrepancies promptly investigated and appropriately resolved.
• Foster a compliant and disciplined team environment by ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet visibility and sales performance.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
