Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and actively contribute to achieving maximum business results across assigned outlets.
• Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and gift item production, ensuring agreed benchmarks are regularly reviewed and upheld.
• Ensure full compliance with stock, cash, and credit card handling procedures, investigating and resolving any discrepancies with appropriate and timely action.
• Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring team members adhere to company rules, regulations, and operational standards at all times.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet visibility and customer engagement.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

About the Role

The Executive, Outlet Operations plays a key role in driving sales performance and maintaining exceptional service standards across DKSH's retail outlets. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong customer experiences, and consistent adherence to company standards.

What You Will Deliver

• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and actively contribute to achieving maximum business results across assigned outlets


• Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and gift item production, ensuring agreed benchmarks are regularly reviewed and upheld


• Ensure full compliance with stock, cash, and credit card handling procedures, investigating and resolving any discrepancies with appropriate and timely action

What You Bring

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Food and Beverage (F&B), or a relevant qualification


• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
