Kuala Lumpur Pavilion is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Operations Support Service (OSS) team for the Pavilion KL area. The role involves supervising daily maintenance, coordinating repair works, and ensuring safety compliance across mall premises.

Supervise daily maintenance activities and the deployment of the OSS team.
Conduct routine inspections of mall premises and identify defects or safety concerns.
Carry out and oversee minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, fixtures and furniture.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and mall management.
Coordinate and monitor vendors or contractors for specialised repair works.
Maintain records of completed works and report major or recurring issues to management.
Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained and comply with safety requirements.
Provide support during breakdowns, emergencies and operational incidents.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
