Job summary

DKSH is seeking a detail-oriented operations supervisor to support daily activities across all functional areas at the Shah Alam site. The role focuses on ensuring timely completion of outbound, inbound, and order-related tasks while monitoring staff performance and adherence to procedures.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor/Diploma/Certificate in relevant fields and 3–5 years of experience, with strong MS Office skills and inventory control knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with ability to access systems and generate reports.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Planning and implementation skills with emphasis on operational requirements and reducing bottlenecks.
• Strong organization to determine manning levels for functions and shift requirements.
• Understanding of inventory control processes.
• Willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Assist HOD to run daily operation.
• Check daily “Outstanding Orders” report and take appropriate action as needed.
• Ensure all the Outbound, Inbound, rejection and POD to meet the timeline.
• Check system variance for both DKSH and TN system as per auto report.
• Attend to inventory issues reported by Tiong Nam (i.e., conduct ad-hoc physical count, check documentation, liaison with relevant department on system transaction checking).
• Attend to all urgent orders and any assigned tasks promptly and ensuring completion of the assigned tasks.
• Monitor the team to ensure all the daily tasks are completed.
• Undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Executive in charge and/or the management.
• Report any disciplinary issues to HOD.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions.
• Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Planning and implementation skills with emphasis on operational requirements and reductions of known bottlenecks.
• Organization skills to determine manning levels for functions and shift requirement.
• Comprehension of inventory control processes and procedures.
