Job summary

DKSH in Klang is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily order completion and ensure smooth throughput across picking, packing, and shipping processes.

You will monitor invoice completion, verify inventory counts, and coordinate with inventory and security teams. The role requires 1 year of experience, a Diploma in Logistics, and strong Excel/Office skills, with English fluency and readiness to work in Klang.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent required.
• Understanding of distribution centre operations, distribution and transportation.
• Hands-on experience in warehousing, pick and pack functions.
• Strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work at Sg Jati, Klang.

Responsibilities

• Assist Picking Dept HOD to run daily operations on order completion.
• Monitor DO – Invoice completion by respective shift.
• Conduct physical counts vs system, verify documentation, coordinate with inventory on transactions.
• Check MHE status and raise job sheet for any MHE down.
• Ensure in-house safety and security rules are followed by staff.
• Plan manpower allocation based on daily order status and RF picking method.
• Report any disciplinary issues to head of department.
• Close orders for Monthly/Specific customers to invoice within provided timelines by customer.
• Follow up on SID closure raised by security department.

About The Role

To support the daily operations in all functional areas to enable the daily completion of all orders.

What You Will Deliver

• Assist Picking Dept HOD to run daily operations on order completion
• Monitor DO – Invoice completion by respective shift
• Act on inventory issues reported by clerk by conducting physical count versus system, check documentation, liaison with inventory department on system transaction checking.
• Check MHE Status and raise job sheet for any MHE down
• Ensure In-house Safety and security rules are adhered to by all staff
• Plan for manpower allocation based on daily order status and monitor RF picking method
• Report on any disciplinary issues to head of department
• Monthly (Closing Orders), Darlie (H&H) & Mars (Petfood) sales closing orders to be invoiced within a provided timeline by customer
• Follow-up on SID closure raised by security department

What You Bring

• At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity
• Diploma in Logistics or its equivalent
• Demonstrate working understanding of distribution centre, distribution and transportation.
• Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, pick and pack functions.
• Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sg Jati, Klang.
