Job summary

DKSH is seeking a warehouse professional to manage outbound order processing in our Klang distribution center. You will handle outbound capacity, verify and process documents per SOPs, and ensure pick waves and urgent orders are distributed promptly.

You will also input arrivals, maintain orderly records, and support daily housekeeping and system integrity. The role requires a Diploma or SPM, experience with Reach Trucks, and the ability to work independently in Sg Jati, Klang.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM Certificate or Diploma holder.
• Experience operating a Reach Truck.
• Willing to work in Sg Jati, Klang.
• Self-reliant with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing for outbound capacity in the DC.
• Ensure documents (TRAs, TOs, SIAs, SRA, Arrivals) are processed per SOPs.
• Process and check pick waves for timely distribution.
• Record and distribute urgent orders to zones; daily reconciliation.
• Input arrivals and releases to ensure continuing goods flow.
• Maintain filing and system housekeeping to SOP standards.
• Report incidents affecting warehouse performance or safety to supervisor.

About The Role

To manage overall order processing Outbound covering Outbound capacity in Distribution Center.

What You Will Deliver

• To assist the supervisor and executive in-charge in ensuring the related EDP processes is in accordance to the existing SOPs for effective performance and meeting KPI datelines.
• To check and process all documents pertaining to EDP functions (TRAs, TOs, SIAs, SRA, Arrivals) and related documents are processed accurately in accordance to stipulated SOPs.
• To ensure all pick waves received are processed, checked and distributed promptly.
• To ensure the urgent orders are promptly recorded and distributed to the respective zones. A daily reconciliation should be carried out to ensure all copies are accountable for.
• To input all arrivals and release for sales promptly to ensure continues supply of goods for picking.
• To ensure proper and systematic filing of all processed documents for future reference.
• To assist the supervisor and executive in charge in maintaining up to date system housekeeping and integrity.
• To report promptly to the supervisor and executive in charge if there are any incidences indiscipline of the staff and other matters that affect the optimal performance of the warehouse operations.
• To report promptly to the supervisor and executive in-charge and/or the management of any irregularities that are not in accordance to the SOPs procedures. Thus hampering smooth operations, safety, health and environment of the warehouse.
• To execute promptly any duties or task instructed by the supervisor and executive in charge until its completion.
• To perform general housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the work station and warehouse in neat, clean, standardize and tidy condition in accordance to 7S.
