Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Klang is seeking a Supervisor Distribution Center Operations to oversee daily order completion and warehouse activities at our Klang facility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
• Understanding of distribution centre, distribution and transportation.
• Hands-on experience in warehousing, pick and pack.
• Strong focus on customer service requirements and commitment.
• Analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in local language and English, written and spoken.
• Willing to work in Sg Jati, Klang.

Responsibilities

• Assist Picking Dept HOD to run daily operations on order completion.
• Monitor DO – Invoice completion by respective shift.
• Conduct physical count versus system; liaise with inventory on transactions.
• Check MHE status and raise job sheet for any MHE down.
• Ensure in-house safety and security rules are adhered to by all staff.
• Plan manpower allocation based on daily order status and monitor RF picking.
• Report on disciplinary issues to head of department.
• Monthly Closing Orders for Darlie, Mars and other brands to be invoiced within timeline.
• Follow-up on SID closure raised by security department.
