Job summary

Wonder Internation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced tyre shop supervisor in Subang Jaya to lead daily operations and a team of technicians. You will oversee wheel alignment, tyre changing, balancing and rotation, ensuring quality and safety across all service jobs.

The role requires at least 2 years in a tyre shop or automotive service centre, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a tyre shop, workshop, or automotive service centre.
• Proven hands-on experience in wheel alignment, tyre changing, balancing, and rotation.
• Experience in supervising and managing technicians.
• Good understanding of daily workshop/service centre operations.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Assign jobs and manage technicians according to workload.
• Perform or assist with alignment, balancing, tyre changing and tyre rotation when required.
• Check completed work to ensure proper quality and safety.
• Train and guide technicians when necessary.
• Monitor workshop equipment, tools and cleanliness.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Service Centre management.
• Check and verify job sheets for completed service jobs.
• Collect and organise job sheets on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain proper records of completed jobs and service activities.
• Key in and calculate Service Advisor incentives accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service reports when required.
• Ensure all paperwork and documents are properly filed and maintained.

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
