Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally upon arrival and guide them to the waiting area.
• Receive and safeguard vehicle keys from the Sales Advisor, Branch Manager, or Supervisor.
• Understand customers' service requirements and accurately record their requests.
• Prepare and update Job Sheets based on customer requirements.
• Prepare service and repair quotations and explain them clearly to customers.
• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding job status and customer requests.
• Prepare invoices and process customer payments accurately.
• Return vehicle keys to customers and ensure a smooth vehicle handover.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and appointment bookings.
• Maintain proper filing of job sheets, quotations, invoices, and customer records.

This role supports the sales and workshop teams by preparing job sheets, quotations, processing payments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers professionally upon arrival and guide them to the waiting area

Receive and safeguard vehicle keys from the Sales Advisor, Branch Manager, or Supervisor
