Job summary

Brighten Business Consulting in Malaysia is seeking a Student Success & Enrolment Executive to guide prospective students through their learning journey and ensure an exceptional experience. The role blends student advisory, relationship management, programme coordination, content support and admin duties.

You will respond to enquiries, recommend courses, support enrolment, coordinate schedules and maintain accurate student records.

• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students through the enrolment process and support them throughout their learning journey.

Ensure smooth communication between trainers and students.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Working hours: 10 AM - 7 PM, with alternate Saturdays.
