Brighten Business Consulting in Malaysia is seeking a Student Success & Enrolment Executive to guide prospective students through their learning journey and ensure an exceptional experience. The role blends student advisory, relationship management, programme coordination, content support and admin duties.

You will respond to enquiries, recommend courses, support enrolment, coordinate schedules and maintain accurate student records.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, education, or account management is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students and provide course recommendations based on their learning goals.
• Guide students through the enrolment process and support them throughout their learning journey.
• Build strong relationships with students and encourage continued learning.
• Coordinate class schedules, student registrations, and learning materials.
• Ensure smooth communication between trainers and students.
• Assist in workshop, event, and programme coordination.
• Capture photos and videos during workshops and events.
• Support social media content creation and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare enrolment reports.
• Assist with daily operational, administrative, and ad hoc tasks.
