Job summary

Brighten, a Malaysia-based education services firm, is seeking a Student Success & Enrolment Executive to guide prospective students through their learning journey and ensure an exceptional experience. The role combines advisory, administrative, and coordination tasks, with a strong focus on enrolment and ongoing engagement.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or those with related experience in sales, customer service, or education, and fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students and provide course recommendations based on their learning goals.
• Guide students through the enrolment process and support them throughout their learning journey.
• Build strong relationships with students and encourage continued learning.
• Coordinate class schedules, student registrations, and learning materials.
• Ensure smooth communication between trainers and students.
• Assist in workshop, event, and programme coordination.
• Capture photos and videos during workshops and events.
• Support social media content creation and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare enrolment reports.
• Assist with daily operational, administrative, and ad hoc tasks.

Position Overview

This role combines student advisory, relationship management, programme coordination, content support, and administrative responsibilities.

Working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, with alternate Saturdays.
