Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Transition Lead to oversee the successful transition of business processes, services, and projects into a shared services or centralised operations environment.

The role focuses on end-to-end transition strategies, seamless handovers, resource planning, onboarding and minimising disruption while working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from design to stabilisation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline as listed.
• Proven experience in programme management, project management, business transformation, change management, or end-to-end process transitions.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex transitions with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong understanding of transition planning, governance, risk management, operational readiness, and BPM.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills at senior levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure and drive results.
• Experience in global, regional, shared services, or cross-cultural environments.
• Proficiency with PM and collaboration tools.
• Experience facilitating strategic workshops and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Transition Planning & Execution: develop and implement transition plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end transitions of processes, services and projects with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate organisational design, workforce planning, onboarding, and operational readiness.
• Establish milestones, governance, and accountability across workstreams.
