Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Individual Contributor to lead service design, transition, and governance across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role shapes scalable services, defines SLAs/OLAs, and collaborates with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure customer commitments are met from day one.

You will drive transitions for new services and upgrades, manage readiness with training and documentation, and identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape scalable services across EMEA and APAC.
• Define SLA/OLA governance, service models, and commitments.
• Lead service transition for new products, clients and enhancements.
• Coordinate readiness plans, training, and handover to support teams.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Lead governance forums with clear reporting and decision support.
• Monitor service performance with meaningful dashboards.
