Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a People Transition Manager to lead the People Workstream for APAC transitions. The role sits within the People Strategy and Operations function and focuses on design, execution, and monitoring of HR programs and policies.

Responsibilities include managing transition plans, coordinating HR resources, stakeholder alignment, and onboarding of new staff across projects, with data tracked in Smartsheet and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience acceptable.
• PHR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Workstream for APAC transitions and programs.
• Coordinate HR transition activities with clients and providers.
• Track milestones and staffing using Smartsheet/Power BI.
• Prepare interview packets and coordinate scheduling.
• Support onboarding, compensation mapping, and offer processes.
