Job summary

BDO Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Office professional to lead and support strategic business improvements, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operations and processes. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, HR, IS, or PM.
• 3–6 years in project management, business operations, process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in HRMS, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or other enterprise system implementations is advantageous.
• Familiar with business process mapping, UAT, change management, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business improvement, system implementation, and digital transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments and vendors to progress projects.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and outcomes; provide regular updates to management.
• Gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Oversee system implementation activities including setup, data prep, testing, deployment, and readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency via process optimisation and automation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support change management, user engagement, training, and communications.
• Ensure projects are documented and transitioned to business owners with expected outcomes.
