As an Executive, you will provide general operational and administrative HR support, including onboarding coordination, employee records management, and day-to-day HR activities. You will work closely with the HR team to support people initiatives, ensure compliance with internal policies, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational HR support
Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new joiners
Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
Assist in analysing HR metrics and identifying potential areas of concern, with relevant insights and recommendations for the HRBP team
Support the planning and implementation of HR-related projects, initiatives and events
Perform ad-hoc duties and other responsibilities as required from time to time
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt
Strong attention to detail with organisational and time management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
