Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive HR leadership experience in fast-paced manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Demonstrated capability in digital transformation initiatives, workforce analytics, and HR systems adoption.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment compliance, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute human resources strategies to advance organizational growth and change management goals.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning frameworks, and competency-based training programs across all levels.
• Deploy performance management systems using objective metrics and digital analytics dashboards.
