Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of HR experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational HR support.
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new joiners.
• Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems with confidentiality.
• Assist in analyzing HR metrics and provide insights for the HRBP team.
• Support planning and implementation of HR-related projects and events.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
