Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape people strategy and organizational effectiveness in a senior capacity. You will partner with senior leadership to address business challenges, translating them into practical HR priorities and scalable solutions.

You will design and improve HR processes, deliver innovative people solutions, and drive culture, employee experience, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Broad HR exposure across HR processes, business partnering, performance, employee experience, org development or people strategy.
• Process strength: ability to build, redesign, or improve HR processes and frameworks.
• Problem-solving ability to diagnose complex organizational challenges and craft practical solutions.
• Strategic & hands-on: operate at leadership level yet execute when needed.
• Business acumen: connect HR initiatives with organisational performance.
• Change mindset: challenge practices and introduce better approaches.
• Data & systems mindset: leverage HR data, systems, and tools for decisions.
• Stakeholder management: influence senior leaders, managers, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to understand priorities, organizational challenges, and workforce needs.
• Develop people strategies and HR initiatives to support growth and effectiveness.
• Assess structures, ways of working, and practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic HR perspectives on people, organization, culture, and workforce matters.
• Identify risks, capability gaps, and organizational challenges early.
• Review and redesign HR processes for onboarding, performance, development, engagement, mobility, and offboarding.
• Develop creative HR solutions and pilot new initiatives before scaling.
• Strengthen performance management, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Support managers to improve team effectiveness, accountability, feedback, and leadership.
