As part of the Corporate Office, you will lead and support strategic business improvement, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance the firm’s operations, processes, and systems. Working closely with the Executive Director, management team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, you will help identify opportunities for improvement, implement technology-enabled solutions, and drive successful adoption across the organisation.
The successful candidate’s first assignment will be to support the implementation of the company’s new HRMS. Upon completion, the role will lead or support other strategic transformation initiatives based on business priorities.
