Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, HR, IS, or PM.
• 3–6 years in project management, business operations, process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in HRMS, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or other enterprise system implementations is advantageous.
• Familiar with business process mapping, UAT, change management, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Overview

As part of the Corporate Office, you will lead and support strategic business improvement, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance the firm's operations, processes, and systems. Working closely with the Executive Director, management team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, you will help identify opportunities for improvement, implement technology-enabled solutions, and drive successful adoption across the organisation.

The successful candidate’s first assignment will be to support the implementation of the company’s new HRMS. Upon completion, the role will lead or support other strategic transformation initiatives based on business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support business improvement, system implementation, and digital transformation projects across the organisation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments and external vendors to drive project progress and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and outcomes, escalating key matters and providing regular updates to management.
• Gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to support effective project delivery.
• Oversee system implementation activities, including setup, data preparation, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimisation, automation, and digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, SOPs, training materials, and implementation records.
• Support change management, user engagement, training, and communications to drive successful adoption.
• Ensure completed projects are fully documented, successfully transitioned to business owners, and deliver intended business outcomes.

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education:

• A recognised Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management or any related field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in HRMS, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or other enterprise system implementations will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with business process mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
