Job summary

RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager, Transaction Management to lead asset management operations. You will oversee client onboarding, KYC, regulatory reporting, and transaction-related governance.

Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure compliance and smooth operations. The role requires 4–5 years in asset management or related financial services, plus strong data maintenance and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, Transfer Agency or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of account opening, onboarding, KYC, data maintenance, and alert monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account opening and onboarding activities for clients and funds.
• Review and authorize account maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage regulatory reporting, e‑invoicing, and ST reports.
• Coordinate audits, surveys, and regulatory inquiries with stakeholders.
• Support governance, risk controls and continuous process improvements.
