Job summary

RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Solution Delivery Expert to lead the implementation and delivery of technology solutions across asset management operations, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks and provide guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, with opportunities for professional growth within RHB Banking Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
• 4–6 years experience in solution delivery or technology implementation
• Knowledge of asset management or financial services preferred
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CFA are desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology solutions across asset management functions
• Translate business needs into technical and system requirements
• Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and client experience
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions with project teams
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for implementations
• Provide guidance throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
• Monitor trends to recommend new solutions and improvements
• Maintain documentation for architecture, processes and best practices
• Ensure deliveries comply with regulatory requirements and standards
• Prepare progress reports and recommendations for senior management
