Job summary

RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Solution Delivery Expert to lead the implementation and delivery of technology solutions across asset management operations, enhancing client services and operational efficiency.

You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and integrate new technologies, manage end-to-end delivery, assess risks, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 4–6 years of experience in solution delivery, application support, or technology implementation, preferably within asset management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of asset management operations, investment processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions and managing large-scale projects.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft .NET, MS SQL, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification such as PMP, ITIL, CFA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology solutions across asset management functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical and system requirements.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for solution implementation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solution architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure all solution deliveries comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
