AT&S AUSTRIA TECHNOLOGIE & SYSTEMTECHNIK (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Specialist Talent Development to partner with HR and site leaders in diagnosing capability gaps and delivering development solutions.

You will lead learning initiatives, drive capability-building projects, and evaluate impact to support workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness. The role requires strong facilitation, analytics, and project management, with experience in LMS (and SuccessFactors a plus) and a

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR.
Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
Certifications in Instructional Design and Facilitation are must.
Experience with LMS; Exposure to SuccessFactors is a plus.
Certifications in psychometrics and coaching are preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify capability needs and develop targeted programs to improve performance at individual, team, and organizational levels.
Partner with HRBPs and site leaders to diagnose gaps and prioritize development initiatives.
Design, implement, and evaluate development programs and learning projects.
Coach managers and HR stakeholders on development planning and career growth.
Measure impact of initiatives using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with global CoEs and HR teams to align capability development enterprise-wide.
