Wikicareer Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Development & HR Consultant to develop corporate clients, nurture relationships, and promote recruitment and training services.

You will understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, secure new business, and hand over confirmed assignments to internal teams. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently;

• Experience in business development, recruitment, training services or client management is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Able to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand clients' recruitment and training needs and recommend suitable services
• Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up on enquiries
• Follow up on client feedback and coordinate the resolution of service issues
• Work towards assigned client-acquisition and business-development targets
• Discuss job requirements and hiring needs with clients
• Hand over confirmed recruitment assignments to the Recruitment Team
• Understand clients' training needs and recommend suitable courses or solutions

The Business Development & HR Consultant is responsible for developing corporate clients, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the Company's recruitment and training services. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, securing new business opportunities, and handing over confirmed assignments to the relevant internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand clients' recruitment and training needs and recommend suitable services
• Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up on enquiries
• Follow up on client feedback and coordinate the resolution of service issues

About you

• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
