Job summary

PropertyGuru International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Talent Development leader to design and implement scalable job architectures, capabilities and performance processes across our Southeast Asia markets.

You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate capability gaps into development plans, overhaul GuruGPS and connect data with Workday, delivering a more transparent career path and stronger workforce performance.

Qualifications

7+ years in talent development, organizational development, or related areas.
Experience designing and implementing skills or performance frameworks.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfort with AI and digital tools to improve efficiency.
Experience in regional or multi-market contexts.

Responsibilities

Rebuild job, skills and competency architecture and keep it current.
Define skill taxonomy underpinning hiring, development, performance and mobility.
Overhaul GuruGPS and connect data with Workday via HRIS.
Identify and build priority skills for key talent pools.
Design capability interventions prioritising scalable approaches.
Partner with leaders to translate capability gaps into development plans.
Shape performance philosophy and calibration governance.
Strengthen manager capability in goal-setting and feedback.
Connect performance outcomes with career pathways and internal mobility.
Build transparent progression frameworks.
