Job summary

CGI IT Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional in Malaysia to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build pipelines, and coordinate interviews and offers.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other portals, assess technical fit, and drive a smooth onboarding process while tracking recruitment metrics and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment, preferably in IT services or multinational environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical/IT positions across one or more technology areas.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and ability to engage and assess candidates with different IT backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and technology roles.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-up between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer discussions and pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular pipeline and metrics updates.
• Identify market trends and sourcing challenges within the technology recruitment market.
• Support recruitment projects and volume hiring initiatives as assigned.
