Job summary

Singtel in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia, covering Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. You will attract top talent, build a strong employer brand, partner with business units, and ensure proactive recruitment with pipelines and onboarding support.

You will lead Talent Acquisition Managers, provide coaching, and collaborate with People and Culture to close gaps, delivering hiring targets and KPIs in a fast-paced tech and telco environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ recruitment experience in large or GBS organisations.
• Proven ability to hire across IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder advisory skills and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition in Malaysia and lead TA Managers.
• Drive proactive recruitment, talent mapping, and employer branding.
• Partner with Business Units and People & Culture to address gaps and onboard new hires.
