Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an SME Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of SME clients, cross-sell bank products, and acquire quality loan and deposit customers. The role contributes to executing the bank's business plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management experience, a basic understanding of financial accounts, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of financial accounts.
Banking know-how with credit knowledge preferred.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Resourceful and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

To manage the assigned SME portfolio to meet personal and business centre targets.
To cross-sell the Bank's products and services to meet customer needs and financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all applicable rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
To collaborate with product specialists to enhance utilization of banking facilities including Trade, Forex & Cash Management Solutions.
