Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks an experienced relationship manager to serve a core portfolio of 30 Middle Market/SME clients. You will actively acquire new customers and approve loans based on client needs, coordinating with product specialists to tailor solutions.

You will monitor the customer journey, ensure timely processing, and deliver Letters of Offer in collaboration with Account Managers. A finance/ banking degree and 3+ years in credit with risk exposure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial activities.
• Strong credit writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with a core portfolio of 30 Middle Market/SME clients.
• Actively drive primary sales through acquisition of new Middle Market/SME customers and new loans.
• Coordinate with product specialists to tailor solutions and prepare credit proposals.
• Monitor customer experience and address process lapses or delays in TAT; sign and deliver Letters of Offer.
