Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Relationship Manager, SME Lending to acquire and manage SME customers, grow the loan portfolio, and provide tailored financing solutions. You will build strong client relationships, assess financing needs, prepare lending proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in SME Banking or SME Loan Sales with a proven track record in SME financing acquisition and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in SME Banking, Business/Commercial Banking or SME Loan Sales.
• Proven track record in SME financing acquisition and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of SME lending products, credit assessment and financial statements.
• Excellent relationship management, sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
