Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, client servicing, or similar client-facing roles.
• Prior experience in asset management, wealth management, insurance, property, financial services, or consulting.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients across corporate and commercial segments
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries
• Initiate and develop client relationships through direct outreach, referrals, networking activities, and professional connections
• Conduct initial discussions to understand clients’ business needs, objectives, and areas of support required
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client engagement and follow-up activities
• Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing relationship management
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, client engagements, and business opportunities
• Represent the Company in meetings, networking events, and other business-related activities
