• Sourcing for new SME customers under SME segment for loan with exposure up to RM20m.
• Grow the SME portfolio (exposure up to RM20m) in SME Banking, contributing to revenue growth.
• Participate in campaign activities to promote SME products and build rapport with customers and branches.
• Drive fee-based income from cross-selling Insurance and Commercial Cards via product bundling.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence on market and credit analysis; uphold asset quality standards.
• Ensure quality processing of loan applications within stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Foster positive customer relationships and initiate regular customer visits for better rapport.
• Engage with local communities within the business areas to strengthen relationships.
