Maxis is seeking a channel sales leader to drive the SME segment through indirect channels and strategic partnerships. You will develop and execute growth initiatives, build strong partner networks, and use data insights to optimise performance.

Collaborating with marketing, product and support teams, you will ensure partners are equipped to sell Maxis mobile, broadband and fixed solutions, while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and customer-centricity across the channel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies with clear revenue and partner recruitment objectives.
• Recruit, build, and nurture SME channel partner relationships with training and resources.
• Utilise data analytics to monitor performance and optimise strategies and incentives.
• Enable partners with product updates and market insights to sell Maxis solutions.
• Identify and solve channel challenges, adapting plans to market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partners and align cross-functional efforts.
• Champion customer-centric channel approaches for SME needs.
• Ensure accountability and high standards of operational excellence.
