Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales, preferably SME-focused.
• Ability to set objectives, track KPIs and use CRM data for decisions.
• Strong relationship-building and partner enablement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies with clear objectives and KPI tracking.
• Recruit, build, and nurture SME channel partners with tailored support and resources.
• Utilise data analytics to monitor channel performance, identify trends and optimise incentives.
• Communicate product updates, market insights, and best practices to partners to drive sales.
• Proactively identify and resolve channel-related challenges and adapt strategies to market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure comprehensive partner support.
• Champion a customer-centric approach within the channel to deliver value for SME customers.
• Maintain accountability for channel outcomes and uphold operational excellence.
